St Louis Metro East’s Own Classic Car Restoration Professionals
As classic car enthusiasts, we know how important it is to work with people who love and celebrate automotive history. Our roots go back to the early days of working in our dad’s garage watching him labor in love over a new engine or frame. This was where we first remember gripping a tool, the distinct smell and stain of oil and gas, and what it was like to got behind the wheels of our own driving dreams. It’s in our blood. And, we’ve been chasing the perfect ride and build ever since.

MY STORY: I grew up fixing cars with my dad at 12 and caught the racing bug at 16. It was over!
MY ROLE: I’m constantly on the floor helping my guys plan, build and learn. Every project is different and every car has its own story. We want to be there to hear the story and to help you bring your vision to life. Then, we get to do what we do best–create a beautiful mess!
FAVORITE RIDE: The ’70 Chevelle for sure! It represents everything a classic car stands for.
Jim Hallowell
Fabricator
MY STORY: My interest in cars started around 14 years old. When I was 15, I got my first car–a ’57 Chevy 150 Business Man’s Sedan and I was hooked for good! Around age 20, I started working on friend’s cars which eventually evolved into a business. Fast forward 30 years and my passion for cars is greater than ever.
MY ROLE: Fabricator–everything from chassis work, custom headers and exhaust, and custom body modifications. This is what keeps me busy.
FAVORITE RIDE: Too many to choose from! I have a long list and would modify each and every one differently.

Mechanical & Electrical, Body
MY STORY: My love for cars started as a boy around the age of 14. I was always interested in working on them with my dad who had been a mechanic for years. Over time, it bloomed into doing bodywork and restoration.
MY ROLE: Mechanical & electrical, sheetmetal and body work. Also like to think of myself as a positive influence on others in the shop.
FAVORITE RIDE: This is a tough one. If I had to pick, it would be a ’55-’57 Chevy car built Restomod-style.
Cole Cygan
Mechanical
MY STORY: When I was 10 or 11 years old, I began spending every night with my dad working on cars while he taught me how to do everything from changing motors to painting. At 13, my dad bought a Dirt Late Model and the smell of fuel and the sound of that engine is something I’ve been chasing ever since. Today, my passion and love of cars has never been stronger!
MY ROLE: I do a little bit of everything to keep progress rolling on all of our projects especially mechanical work.
FAVORITE RIDE: Would have to be a ’55 Chevy with all the chrome and killer stance. It would also need to be a manual to make it fun to drive!

Mechanic / Marketing
MY STORY: My passion for cars started when I was little seeing all of the cars my dad restored. But, it really took off around age 15 when I quit the Xbox and sought out my own ride. I’ve been in the grease ever since! Working and building bad ass cars with Xtreme as well as racing my modified dirt car has been worth every minute of it!
MY ROLE: Mechanic / Marketing
FAVORITE RIDE: ’70 Chevelle or ’70-’72 Buick GSX with a lot of horsepower, stance & handling.

Body
MY STORY: My love for cars and trucks came at an early age. My dad working for AMC as a mechanic. 4-wheeling on weekends with his Jeep and me handing him tools fixing it after a dirty weekend outing.
MY ROLE: Body man. Whatever else needs to be done!
FAVORITE RIDE: Would have to be my current Jeep I’ve been building on for the past 7 months - a JK wrangler with 37s, custom 2in lift and a full roll cage.

Feel free to give the shop a call:
-
We can’t tell you how much it costs to paint your car because it has 30-40 years of history under its belt. BUT we welcome anyone to bring in their car or ideas on a project and we’ll give you an honest answer. With our history, we can guess a fairly accurate estimate based on having a closer look.
-
Once we’ve had a chance to look at your project and give you an estimate, we will be better able to give you an ETA.
A time and material bill is how we charge. It’s itemized and every step of the way is logged down both to the time sheet and parts sheet. We invite client involvement and you can pull the plug at any point in time. -
